Coral Statement Necklace

In two weeks I will be strolling through the French Quarter in New Orleans! During my last visit, I photographed this street performer near Jackson Square. The coral hues in this traditional costume is the inspiration for my next project.

Using the new Blue Moon Bead's flatback connectors, I started to pull together my next creation.

After arranging the components of this necklace, I used 22 gauge wire to pull all of the pieces together.

I used a mix of coral, silver and gold toned connector beads and finished this sparkly statement necklace off with gold chain.

These new flatbacks by Blue Moon Beads are absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to wear this necklace in New Orleans!
