As we transition into fall, styles will be showcasing layered looks as we prepare for cooler temperatures. One trend that continues to show up on celebrities is layered bracelets! Using colored leather cord and various metal components by Blue Moon Beads, I created several bracelets.
These projects can be a simple or intricate by using 4-5 different types of beads and a variety of knot techniques. For beads with smaller holes, I weaved tiger tail wire in between leather strands for extra security. You can use simple knots or more advanced macrame techniques to create the bracelets. To finish the project, use a solid bead or a large clasp to fasten the bracelet.
These bracelets were easy to make and are very fashionable. You can create a stack of bracelets for less than $20 and have the look that celebrities are flaunting around Hollywood.
